Step 1 · Diagnose

AI Preflight Inspection ($1,500, 7–14 days)

Like a line check of your operation. We interview leadership, survey staff anonymously, list the AI tools and data in use, map the risks red/amber/green and pick the five workflows worth fixing first.

Step 2 · Protect

Policy & Safety Kit ($1,000, 5 business days)

Written procedures everyone follows: acceptable use, the data traffic light, approved tools, human review of anything customer-facing, and a no-blame way to report AI mistakes.

Step 3 · Train

Crew Training ($2,500 per team)

A hands-on workshop on your real tasks, plus the self-paced course with graded quizzes and certificates so new hires get the same standard.

Step 4 · Measure

Augmented Crew Program ($4,500 per team)

Each person times three real tasks, learns to do them with AI and a human check, runs a 30-day trial, then times them again. You get a results report, including tasks where AI did not help.
