Apple Reminders
Shared reminders and lists
"Remind me when I get home" for the whole family
Shared Apple Reminders lists are great until nobody checks them. The assistant reminds you what's on them and suggests when to do each item. Apple Reminders has no public connection the assistant can use directly. It works from what you share with it and reminds you in chat, or it adds items to a list you've shared.
What it handles for you
- Grocery and errand lists kept in mind for you
- Reminders tied to your calendar's free time
- Items you mention in chat captured for you to add
Set it up, step by step
No tech experience needed. Take it one step at a time.
What you’ll need
- Your Apple Reminders account (or a guest visit, for some sites)
- About 5 minutes, plus a one-time sign-in
Steps
- Decide what you want help with, for example “fill my cart” or “find a time.”
- Ask Grok Bot to open Apple Reminders. If it needs your account, it will show a sign-in screen and you type your password yourself.
- Grok Bot does the clicking and searching, then shows you what it found or filled in.
- Review it and say “yes” before anything is ordered, booked or paid.
- For repeat jobs, say: “Do this every week and check with me first.”
Stuck? Try this: Site asks “Are you a robot?” Grok Bot will hand you the screen for a moment so you can tap the box, then carry on.
How Grok Bot connects
Browser help: Grok Bot uses the Apple Reminders website in its own browser after you sign in. It doesn’t need a special connection, and it asks before it orders, books or pays.
