Brightwheel sends email notifications for messages, billing and some daily reports. The assistant reads them and sorts urgent from routine.

Steps

  1. Sign in to Brightwheel the way you normally do.
  2. Open the app’s Settings or Notifications area.
  3. Turn on email notifications for the things you care about, like messages, reminders or due dates.
  4. Check that the email address listed is the one you connected to Grok Bot.
  5. Tell Grok Bot: “When Brightwheel emails arrive, give me the one-line version and remind me of deadlines.”

How Grok Bot connects

Email: Grok Bot reads the notification emails Brightwheel already sends you, in the inbox you connected. Nothing new is installed inside Brightwheel.
