Cozi
Family calendar, lists, meal planner
One family calendar, plus the list on the fridge
Cozi already holds your family calendar and shopping list. The assistant reads the calendar feed, so it knows Tuesday is busy and suggests a 15-minute dinner. Cozi can share a calendar feed. The assistant reads it to plan around your week. Lists stay in Cozi.
What it handles for you
- Busy nights spotted so dinner plans fit
- Cozi events compared with team and school feeds
- A daily summary drawn from the Cozi calendar
Set it up, step by step
No tech experience needed. Take it one step at a time.
What you’ll need
- The app account you already use
- Your family calendar (Google, Apple or Outlook)
- About 10 minutes
Steps
- Sign in to Cozi on the website or app, the same way you normally do.
- Open the app’s Settings, Calendar or Schedule area and look for words like “Subscribe,” “Sync calendar,” “Export” or “iCal.”
- Copy the calendar link it gives you. It usually starts with webcal:// or https://.
- Open your family calendar and choose “Add calendar” then “From URL” (or “Subscribe”). Paste the link and save.
- Wait a few minutes, then check that a few Cozi events appear on your calendar.
- Tell Grok Bot: “Watch my Cozi calendar and warn me about changes.”
Stuck? Try this: No calendar link anywhere? Search the app’s help pages for “calendar sync.” Some programs only offer it on the website, not the phone app.
How Grok Bot connects
Calendar sync: the app publishes a calendar link (often called a feed, subscribe link or iCal link). Once that link is added to your family calendar, Grok Bot reads the events from there.
