GameChanger
Baseball/softball/basketball schedules, live scores
Game moved, uniform color noted, grandparents told
GameChanger knows the schedule and the score. The assistant uses the calendar sync and emails to tell you "Saturday's game is now 11:30 at Riverside, home jerseys," and to remind the grandparents too, if you want. GameChanger can sync team events to a calendar and sends email updates. The assistant watches both and tells you about changes. It doesn't touch live scoring.
What it handles for you
- Schedule changes and rainouts caught quickly
- Weekend game rundown with times, fields and jersey colors

Set it up, step by step
No tech experience needed. Take it one step at a time.

- The email address the app sends to
- About 15 minutes
Steps
- Sign in to GameChanger the way you normally do.
- Open the app’s Settings or Schedule area and look for “Subscribe,” “Sync calendar” or “iCal.” Copy that link.
- In your family calendar choose “Add calendar” then “From URL,” paste it and save.
- Back in GameChanger, open notification settings and make sure email alerts are turned on.
- Make sure those emails go to the inbox you connected to Grok Bot.
- Tell Grok Bot: “Add GameChanger games and changes to my weekly summary.”
Stuck? Try this: Events not showing up? Calendar links can take a few hours to refresh. Email alerts still cover last-minute changes in the meantime.
How Grok Bot connects
Calendar sync plus email: events come through a calendar link, and Grok Bot reads the app’s notification emails for last-minute changes.
