Google Keep
Notes and checklists
Those scattered notes, put to use
Gift ideas, the sitter's wifi password note and the packing list all live in Keep. The assistant helps turn them into a plan, like "here's the packing list for Saturday's trip." The assistant can use Google Keep in its own browser after you sign in yourself. It reads and organizes notes and asks before changing them.
What it handles for you
- Packing and gift lists pulled up when needed
- Checklists turned into dated tasks
- Duplicate notes cleaned up with your OK
Set it up, step by step
No tech experience needed. Take it one step at a time.
What you’ll need
- Your Google Keep account (or a guest visit, for some sites)
- About 5 minutes, plus a one-time sign-in
Steps
- Decide what you want help with, for example “fill my cart” or “find a time.”
- Ask Grok Bot to open Google Keep. If it needs your account, it will show a sign-in screen and you type your password yourself.
- Grok Bot does the clicking and searching, then shows you what it found or filled in.
- Review it and say “yes” before anything is ordered, booked or paid.
- For repeat jobs, say: “Do this every week and check with me first.”
Stuck? Try this: Site asks “Are you a robot?” Grok Bot will hand you the screen for a moment so you can tap the box, then carry on.
How Grok Bot connects
Browser help: Grok Bot uses the Google Keep website in its own browser after you sign in. It doesn’t need a special connection, and it asks before it orders, books or pays.
