Heja
Youth team chat and schedules
The team chat, minus 40 thumbs-up
Heja's team chat is lively. The assistant reads the notification emails and passes on only what matters: "Bring white jerseys Saturday," "Practice is indoors tonight." Heja sends email notifications for events and posts, and the assistant filters them so logistics come through and chatter stays in the app.
What it handles for you
- Logistics pulled out of busy team chats
- Event changes passed along right away
- A reminder for anything you said you'd bring
Set it up, step by step
No tech experience needed. Take it one step at a time.
What you’ll need
- Your Heja account
- The email inbox it sends to
- About 5 minutes
Steps
- Sign in to Heja the way you normally do.
- Open the app’s Settings or Notifications area.
- Turn on email notifications for the things you care about, like messages, reminders or due dates.
- Check that the email address listed is the one you connected to Grok Bot.
- Tell Grok Bot: “When Heja emails arrive, give me the one-line version and remind me of deadlines.”
Stuck? Try this: Not seeing emails? Check your spam or Promotions folder and mark one as “Not spam” so the next ones land in your inbox.
How Grok Bot connects
Email: Grok Bot reads the notification emails Heja already sends you, in the inbox you connected. Nothing new is installed inside Heja.
