Game film and team schedules (high school)

Film's up, schedule's set

Your high schooler's team posts film and schedules on Hudl. The assistant tells you when game film is up and keeps the season schedule straight. The assistant reads Hudl notification emails for new video and schedule updates. Watching film stays in the Hudl app.

  1. Sign in to Hudl the way you normally do.
  2. Open the app’s Settings or Notifications area.
  3. Turn on email notifications for the things you care about, like messages, reminders or due dates.
  4. Check that the email address listed is the one you connected to Grok Bot.
  5. Tell Grok Bot: “When Hudl emails arrive, give me the one-line version and remind me of deadlines.”
Stuck? Try this: Not seeing emails? Check your spam or Promotions folder and mark one as “Not spam” so the next ones land in your inbox.

How Grok Bot connects

Email: Grok Bot reads the notification emails Hudl already sends you, in the inbox you connected. Nothing new is installed inside Hudl.
