Medisafe reminds you at dose time. The assistant adds the bigger picture, like a refill coming due before a trip, and checks you're stocked. Medisafe keeps its reminders inside the app. The assistant works from your medication list and refill dates and adds its own reminders. It never changes doses.

Set it up, step by step
No tech experience needed. Take it one step at a time.
What you’ll need
- Your Medisafe account (or a guest visit, for some sites)
- About 5 minutes, plus a one-time sign-in
Steps
- Decide what you want help with, for example “fill my cart” or “find a time.”
- Ask Grok Bot to open Medisafe. If it needs your account, it will show a sign-in screen and you type your password yourself.
- Grok Bot does the clicking and searching, then shows you what it found or filled in.
- Review it and say “yes” before anything is ordered, booked or paid.
- For repeat jobs, say: “Do this every week and check with me first.”
Stuck? Try this: Site asks “Are you a robot?” Grok Bot will hand you the screen for a moment so you can tap the box, then carry on.
How Grok Bot connects
Browser help: Grok Bot uses the Medisafe website in its own browser after you sign in. It doesn’t need a special connection, and it asks before it orders, books or pays.
