Outschool

Online classes for kids

Online class link ready at 3:59

Outschool classes start on time and the link hides in an email. The assistant puts each section on the calendar with the class link, so your kid just clicks. Outschool offers calendar export and email notices. The assistant tracks classes, teacher messages and assignments.

  • About 15 minutes

Steps

  1. Sign in to Outschool the way you normally do.
  2. Open the app’s Settings or Schedule area and look for “Subscribe,” “Sync calendar” or “iCal.” Copy that link.
  3. In your family calendar choose “Add calendar” then “From URL,” paste it and save.
  4. Back in Outschool, open notification settings and make sure email alerts are turned on.
  5. Make sure those emails go to the inbox you connected to Grok Bot.
  6. Tell Grok Bot: “Add Outschool games and changes to my weekly summary.”
Stuck? Try this: Events not showing up? Calendar links can take a few hours to refresh. Email alerts still cover last-minute changes in the meantime.

How Grok Bot connects

Calendar sync plus email: events come through a calendar link, and Grok Bot reads the app’s notification emails for last-minute changes.
