ParentSquare
School and district messages, permission slips, sign-ups
The permission slip that doesn't die in your inbox
Friday's ParentSquare blast had a field-trip form, a picture-day reminder and a bake-sale ask buried in paragraph four. Now you get two lines: what needs a signature, and by when. ParentSquare posts and district alerts come to your email. The assistant reads every one, pulls out the deadline, the dollar amount and the thing that needs you, and lets the rest stay quiet.
What it handles for you
- Spots permission slips, sign-ups and forms that need action, with the due date
- Turns district notices (early release, weather closures) into calendar heads-ups
- Gives you a weekly "what school wants from you" list instead of 14 separate emails
Set it up, step by step
No tech experience needed. Take it one step at a time.
What you’ll need
- Your ParentSquare account
- The email inbox it sends to
- About 5 minutes
Steps
- Sign in to ParentSquare the way you normally do.
- Open the app’s Settings or Notifications area.
- Turn on email notifications for the things you care about, like messages, reminders or due dates.

- Tell Grok Bot: “When ParentSquare emails arrive, give me the one-line version and remind me of deadlines.”
Stuck? Try this: Not seeing emails? Check your spam or Promotions folder and mark one as “Not spam” so the next ones land in your inbox.
How Grok Bot connects
Email: Grok Bot reads the notification emails ParentSquare already sends you, in the inbox you connected. Nothing new is installed inside ParentSquare.
