Remind
Text alerts from teachers and coaches
Coach texted "practice canceled" at 3:12. You knew at 3:13.
Remind messages fly in during the workday. The assistant reads the email copies and moves anything time-sensitive, like a cancellation or a late bus, to the top. Turn on Remind's email copies of messages. The assistant then sorts them so the urgent stuff reaches you fast and routine reminders wait for your evening summary.
What it handles for you
- Cancellations and time changes surfaced right away
- Routine reminders saved for the evening summary
- Dates in messages offered as calendar events
Set it up, step by step
No tech experience needed. Take it one step at a time.
What you’ll need

Stuck? Try this: Not seeing emails? Check your spam or Promotions folder and mark one as “Not spam” so the next ones land in your inbox.
How Grok Bot connects
Email: Grok Bot reads the notification emails Remind already sends you, in the inbox you connected. Nothing new is installed inside Remind.
