  • About 10 minutes, plus a one-time sign-in

Steps

  1. Turn on email notifications in Scoutbook (Scouting America)’s Settings or Notifications area.
  2. Make sure they go to the inbox you connected to Grok Bot.
  3. When Grok Bot needs the website, it will open a sign-in screen on its own computer. You type your password yourself. Never paste it into chat.
  4. Approve each action when Grok Bot asks, for example “Book this time?” or “Pay this?”
  5. Tell Grok Bot what to watch, for example: “Remind me two days before anything is due in Scoutbook (Scouting America).”
Stuck? Try this: Sign-in asks for a code? That’s normal. Enter it on the sign-in screen yourself. Grok Bot never needs to see it.

How Grok Bot connects
