SignUpGenius
Volunteer, snack and potluck sign-ups
You signed up for napkins. You'll remember napkins.
You grabbed the "paper goods" slot for the class party three weeks ago. SignUpGenius emails a confirmation; the assistant puts it on the calendar and reminds you the night before. SignUpGenius sends confirmation and reminder emails. The assistant reads them so every slot you claim becomes a dated reminder, and it notices new sign-ups from your school or team.
What it handles for you
- Every slot you claim turned into a calendar reminder
- New sign-up requests flagged before the easy slots are taken
- The night-before nudge ("Napkins for 24, Room 12")
Set it up, step by step
No tech experience needed. Take it one step at a time.
What you’ll need

How Grok Bot connects
