SportsEngine
League registration, schedules, payments
Registration deadlines and dues, tracked
SportsEngine runs your league's registration, schedule and payments. The assistant notices "spring registration closes Friday" and the balance due, and asks before anything is paid. Use SportsEngine's calendar export for games and practices, plus its emails for registration and invoice notices. The assistant tracks both. Payments always need you.
What it handles for you
- Registration windows flagged before they close
- Invoices and installment due dates listed in one place
- Team schedule kept in sync with the family calendar
Set it up, step by step
No tech experience needed. Take it one step at a time.
What you’ll need
- The app account you already use
- Your family calendar
- The email address the app sends to
- About 15 minutes
Steps
- Sign in to SportsEngine the way you normally do.
- Open the app’s Settings or Schedule area and look for “Subscribe,” “Sync calendar” or “iCal.” Copy that link.
- In your family calendar choose “Add calendar” then “From URL,” paste it and save.
- Back in SportsEngine, open notification settings and make sure email alerts are turned on.
- Make sure those emails go to the inbox you connected to Grok Bot.
- Tell Grok Bot: “Add SportsEngine games and changes to my weekly summary.”
Stuck? Try this: Events not showing up? Calendar links can take a few hours to refresh. Email alerts still cover last-minute changes in the meantime.
How Grok Bot connects
Calendar sync plus email: events come through a calendar link, and Grok Bot reads the app’s notification emails for last-minute changes.
