TeamReach
Team schedules and group messaging
Group texts from the coach, triaged
Coaches use TeamReach to blast updates. The assistant reads the copies that land in your inbox and turns the urgent ones into a short alert. With TeamReach email notifications on, the assistant reads team messages and schedule posts and flags the time-sensitive ones.
What it handles for you
- Coach announcements boiled down to one line
- Schedule changes flagged with the new time
- Requests for drivers or snacks highlighted
Set it up, step by step
No tech experience needed. Take it one step at a time.
What you’ll need
- Your TeamReach account
- The email inbox it sends to

Stuck? Try this: Not seeing emails? Check your spam or Promotions folder and mark one as “Not spam” so the next ones land in your inbox.
How Grok Bot connects
Email: Grok Bot reads the notification emails TeamReach already sends you, in the inbox you connected. Nothing new is installed inside TeamReach.
