TimeTree
Shared calendar for families and co-parents
Co-parenting calendar, with fewer texts
Swap weekends, add the recital and confirm who has pickup, all in TimeTree. The assistant reads it alongside your own calendar and points out mismatches early. TimeTree calendars can be exported or synced depending on your setup. The assistant reads them to compare with your schedule.
What it handles for you
- Custody weeks and handoffs compared with activities
- Mismatches flagged before they turn into arguments
- A clear weekly view for both households
Set it up, step by step
No tech experience needed. Take it one step at a time.
What you’ll need
- The app account you already use
- Your family calendar (Google, Apple or Outlook)
- About 10 minutes
Steps
- Sign in to TimeTree on the website or app, the same way you normally do.
- Open the app’s Settings, Calendar or Schedule area and look for words like “Subscribe,” “Sync calendar,” “Export” or “iCal.”
- Copy the calendar link it gives you. It usually starts with webcal:// or https://.
- Open your family calendar and choose “Add calendar” then “From URL” (or “Subscribe”). Paste the link and save.
- Wait a few minutes, then check that a few TimeTree events appear on your calendar.
- Tell Grok Bot: “Watch my TimeTree calendar and warn me about changes.”
Stuck? Try this: No calendar link anywhere? Search the app’s help pages for “calendar sync.” Some programs only offer it on the website, not the phone app.
How Grok Bot connects
Calendar sync: the app publishes a calendar link (often called a feed, subscribe link or iCal link). Once that link is added to your family calendar, Grok Bot reads the events from there.
