Todoist
To-do lists
The to-do list that actually gets done
Say "add renew passports to my list" while driving. The assistant adds it in Todoist and brings it up again when there's a free hour on Saturday. The assistant can work with Todoist with your permission (check that the connection is available in your setup). Otherwise it can use the website after you sign in.
What it handles for you
- Tasks added by plain voice or text
- Overdue items surfaced with a suggested time
- Shared family projects split into small steps
Set it up, step by step
No tech experience needed. Take it one step at a time.
What you’ll need
- Your Todoist account
- About 5 minutes
Steps
- In Grok Bot, ask: “Connect my Todoist.”
- A Todoist sign-in page opens. Sign in yourself and read what access is requested.
- Tap Allow (or Accept) to give permission. You can remove it later in your Todoist account settings.
- Ask Grok Bot a test question, like “What’s on Todoist this week?”
- Tell it your routine, for example: “Send me a Sunday-night summary.”
Stuck? Try this: Wrong account connected? Sign out of Todoist in your browser, then ask Grok Bot to connect again.
How Grok Bot connects
Direct connection: Grok Bot can link to Todoist directly with your permission, through a built-in connector, or by syncing with a calendar Grok Bot is connected to.
