Venmo
Paying other parents, coaches, sitters
Who paid for the team snacks, sorted
Venmo receipts are scattered. The assistant reads the payment emails and keeps a running tally: you owe the carpool mom $24, the coach's request is still unpaid. The assistant reads Venmo email notifications. It can't send money and only tracks what's owed and paid.
What it handles for you
- Payment requests from other parents tracked
- Unpaid requests surfaced before it's awkward
- Season totals for team and activity costs

How Grok Bot connects
Email: Grok Bot reads the notification emails Venmo already sends you, in the inbox you connected. Nothing new is installed inside Venmo.
