Bank-to-bank payments
Sitter paid? Here's the receipt.
Zelle confirmations come from your bank. The assistant notices them, matches them to the sitter or tutor and keeps a clean record. The assistant reads the Zelle notification emails your bank sends. It doesn't send money.
What it handles for you
- Payments matched to people and dates
- Missing payments flagged ("Tutor wasn't paid for the 14th")
- A tidy record for taxes or reimbursement
Set it up, step by step
No tech experience needed. Take it one step at a time.
What you’ll need
- Your Zelle account
- The email inbox it sends to
- About 5 minutes
Steps
- Sign in to Zelle the way you normally do.
- Open the app’s Settings or Notifications area.
- Turn on email notifications for the things you care about, like messages, reminders or due dates.
- Check that the email address listed is the one you connected to Grok Bot.
- Tell Grok Bot: “When Zelle emails arrive, give me the one-line version and remind me of deadlines.”
Stuck? Try this: Not seeing emails? Check your spam or Promotions folder and mark one as “Not spam” so the next ones land in your inbox.
How Grok Bot connects
Email: Grok Bot reads the notification emails Zelle already sends you, in the inbox you connected. Nothing new is installed inside Zelle.
